Shipping Information

At ZMC Merchandise Inc., we are committed to processing and delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following terms regarding order fulfillment and shipping.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or high order volumes.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout to receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking information.

Shipping Within Canada

Shipping is available Canada-wide. All shipments include $100 insurance coverage, with additional insurance available upon request prior to dispatch.

A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notice card will be left with instructions for pickup at the designated postal location.

Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 1–7 business days after shipment. However, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, high shipping volumes, labor disruptions, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, some shipments may experience delays and may take up to 30 business days to be delivered. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request to combine multiple orders by contacting us at support@zmcmerchandise.ca. Requests sent via our Facebook page are not guaranteed for order combining. All requests are subject to review and approval based on operational feasibility.

Important Notice

Customers must ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of purchase, including unit numbers or PO Box information where applicable. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in the shipment being returned, and additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

All shipments include $100 insurance coverage through Canada Post. Customers requesting additional insurance coverage must contact us prior to shipment for a quote. In the event of a lost package, any approved claim will be processed based on either the default $100 coverage or the additional coverage purchased before dispatch.

ZMC Merchandise Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, including but not limited to transit interruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, labor disruptions, or operational disruptions. Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage. However, we may assist customers with tracking inquiries through the courier’s helpdesk.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers are advised to wait 72 hours and check with neighbors, building management, or community mailboxes before contacting us.

ZMC Merchandise Inc. shall not be liable for packages that have been confirmed as delivered and signed for at the provided address.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier service interruptions, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, peak shipping periods, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
