Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Instructions

Instead of manually sending payments, authorize billers to withdraw funds biweekly from your account when payments are due.

Steps to Get Started

  1. Provide Documentation
    Message us on our official Facebook page using your personal Facebook account to get the list of requirements and where to send it.
  2. Complete the Agreement
    After providing the documentation, fill out and sign the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement.
  3. Set Start Date
    Once the agreement is complete, choose your PAD start date. Provide a screenshot of the initial deduction, showing the balance is below $1,000 CAD, before item pickup, delivery, or shipping.
  4. $1,000 CAD Policy Limit per Customer
    ZMC Merchandise Inc. enforces a $1,000 CAD limit per customer for PAD agreements. Items are released only when the balance is below this limit.
  5. Finalize Installment Agreement
    An installment agreement with the final terms and conditions will need to be signed. This can be done in person or electronically using Easysign.
